Candle holder & wreath making workshop

  • Horn Bank Farm, North Rigton LS17 0DS United Kingdom (map)

We’re so very lucky to be able to welcome Catherine Edwards to Kith for this wonderful festive workshop, where she will teach you how to create a beautiful natural leather and reclaimed wood candle holder and willow hoop wreath decorated with winter foliage, perfect for your table or as a gift.

Come and learn how to create patterns, hand cut and stitch the leather and decorate it, or add your own unique message stamped into the leather. This is a great way to introduce yourself to working with leather.

The candle holder will be set in a willow hoop with fragrant winter foliage, leather decorations and cinnamon bundles.

What a beautiful, unique and reusable gift to take away!

Catherine trained as a boot and shoemaker, working for many years before a residency at the royal armouries in Leeds, which led to the production of her first collection of unique leather goods.

The price of the workshop is £55 per preson, and includes all materials and refreshments.
